At KiwiHost Limited, we believe great service creates great experiences.
We work with organisations across New Zealand to help their teams build stronger customer relationships, communicate more effectively and deliver consistently positive service experiences. Our approach goes beyond traditional customer service training — we focus on shaping workplace culture, improving customer interactions and helping teams create meaningful connections with the people they serve.

Our Story
KiwiHost has been an integral part of the New Zealand landscape for over thirty-five years (est. 1989). Our approach is to focus on application rather than theory. We use interactive activities, scenario-based learning, communication frameworks and facilitated discussions that encourage teams to think differently about customer experience, professionalism and service delivery.
We believe customer experience is influenced by every interaction — from a phone call or email through to face-to-face communication, attitude, body language and problem solving. By helping teams strengthen these touchpoints, we help organisations build trust, reputation and stronger relationships with their customers and communities.
Our workshops are designed to be energetic, relevant and highly practical, ensuring participants leave with skills and ideas they can apply immediately in the workplace.



History
KiwiHost was first introduced to New Zealand by the NZ Government, via the then tourism board, as a way to improve customer service across the country. Since then, over 400,000 kiwis have completed a customer service course with us.
Research
We don’t just talk about customer service, and we certainly don’t use anything from overseas. KiwiHost researches what New Zealanders think and want from their service providers and incorporates that into our training.
