Terms & Conditions
Inhouse Workshops
- The client agrees not to contract any training consultants introduced to them by Jazi Marketing or KiwiHost to perform training or other services for a minimum period of two years from the date of last service.
- Workshops have a maximum of 16 participants (unless previously agreed).
- Additional participants over the quoted fee will be charged at $295pp (one day) or $180pp (2-4hr), or as per quote.
- Cancellations may be notified by phone but must be confirmed in writing.
- Workshops cancelled more than 20 working days from the workshop start date will incur a cancellation fee of $350 and any expenses or development costs incurred.
- Workshops cancelled less than 20 working days prior to the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee and any expenses or development costs incurred.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop will incur a 100% cancellation fee and any expenses or development costs incurred.
- One change to the workshop date is permitted up to 20 working days prior to the workshop, subject to date availability. If the new date is not within 30 days of the original dates booked then the change will be treated as a cancellation.
- No further date changes are permitted.
- All costs involved in moving the date, including fee’s, accommodation & transportation will be charged immediately.
- Should the course be postponed, transferred or cancelled after the date change, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- No refunds or credits can be given for fully paid participants who, without notice, do not attend. However, substitutions are acceptable up to the commencement of the workshop.
- Where development work is required, payment will be invoiced on confirmation.
- GST will be added to all course charges.
- Net payment is due by 20th of the month following our invoice or prior to the course commencement; whichever is sooner.
- Overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and may incur all costs of recovery including commissions and legal costs.
Public Workshops
- Currently all public workshops are run online and follow a half-day format.
- Workshop pricing is $695 plus GST per participant
- Payment is required prior to the event
- Workshops have a maximum of 16 participants
- Participant withdrawal must be notified in writing
- Where participants withdraw from a course more than 20 working days from the workshop start date, a full refund will be provided.
- Where participants withdraw from a course within 10 working days from the workshop start date, 50% cancellation fee will be imposed.
- Withdrawal within 48 hours of the start date will incur a 100% fee.
- No refunds or credits can be given for fully paid participants who, without notice, do not attend. However, substitutions are acceptable up to the commencement of the workshop.
