Check out the results from our 7th Annual Customer Service Survey. Over 1,000 people were surveyed to give us their views of not only how they think service is going in general, but how individual companies are performing.

In 2017 we again focused on the same industry sectors as the previous two years, including Supermarkets, General Insurers, Fast-food and Power companies.
