KiwiHost is pleased to announce the launch of its brand new
online customer service training. This fully functional online training is
developed using a bespoke Learning Management System and brand new video
elements.
The training features sixteen sessions covering all the
elements of customer service from first impressions & engaging with
customers to answering the phone & handling complaints. All content is
complemented with either multiple choice or long answer questions to ensure
understanding of the modules content happens before moving onto the next
session.
The Learning Management System is designed to handle
thousands of users at a time, all with individual access over the web to enable
simple integration into an organisation. Administrators have the ability to
look at the training undertaken from a company-wide, branch or right down to an
individual perspective. This enables them to see trends occurring with the
speed of uptake, along with looking at the individual answers to questions.
