Endorsed Service Providers Explained
The KiwiHost endorsed service provider designation has been designed to acknowledge those organisations who value highly customer service in their organisation and the benefits it can have to them and their customers.
It is hoped that being endorsed by KiwiHost, and by utilising the various endorsement opportunities, organisations can further enhance their reputation and show the value placed on staff and customers.

Standards
To ensure that the KiwiHost endorsement is not neglected and that KiwiHost maintains the integrity of the endorsement it gives out;
- KiwiHost has the right to periodically audit endorsed service providers to ensure they continue to meet the highest of service standards
- Endorsed Service Providers must maintain the highest levels of customer service
- Complaints to KiwiHost about service standards of an Endorsed Service Provider could result in the endorsement being revoked
- Lack of service standards could result in the endorsement being revoked.
